Choose if page number is displayed or not at footer (print paper bottom right).[6] Old margin settings
This option is for obtaining the same print result as CELF 2.1.0 or earlier. It is checked by default on sheets created on 2.1.0 or earlier. When this option is checked, the bottom margin is larger than the settings.Tip
- After choosing above setting, the chosen setting is reflected with print preview at left side in the dialog.
- When you export the CELF sheet to Excel , the information on the print settings [1] - [4], the printing range and the position of page break manually inserted will also be exported.
Attention
When choosing a small (narrow) margin in the margin setting, there are the following notes:
Please note that if you select a small margin, the edge of the page may not be printed because the printable area of the printer (the size of the area varies depending on the printer) may be exceeded. In this case, depending on the printer, it is possible to print the entire page by changing the size of the printable area in the printer properties when printing. (The setting method and the way of calling are different depending on the printer such as margin, borderless, print area etc.)Also, the following restrictions apply to the print settings exported to Excel:
- If a manual page break is inserted, apply the scale value (scaling factor) calculated by CELF to the Excel sheet. This may cause the layout to be somewhat smaller in the exported Excel sheet.
- The page break position may differ between CELF and Excel except for the page break position manually inserted.
- Click the "Print" button in the "Print Preview" dialog.
- Click the "Print" button in the "Print Preview" dialog to print.
Tip
When you save the sheet after printing, the print settings are also saved.
Attention
- When printing a sheet with many cells, the printing process takes time regardless of the number of pages to be printed. In addition, printing may not be possible due to insufficient memory.
- When specifying a virtual printer such as Microsoft Print to PDF and saving to a file, if the number of pages to be printed is large, saving takes time.
- The page break position may differ depending on the display magnification rate set on the device. In that case, adjust the display magnification ratio to the value when page breaks are set.
