Tag a sheet

This section describes how to create tags and attach tags to sheets.

Tags can be used to categorize and mark sheets.

It is also possible to filter the list of sheets by tags.

Create Tag

1. Open the app’s sheet list.
2. Click on the "Tags" icon and select "New Tags..".

3. In the "New Tags" dialog, specify a name and color for the tag and click the "OK" button.

Attention

• Tags with the same name cannot be created within a single application.

Tag a sheet

There are two ways to tag a sheet.

Tag from the list of tags in the right-click menu

1. Right-click on the sheet to open the "Tag" menu.

2. From the list of tags, select the tag you wish to attach to the sheet and click the "OK" button.

3. The tag is reflected in the currently selected sheet.

Tip

• If multiple sheets are selected, the tag will be applied to all selected sheets.

1. Right-click on the sheet to open the "Tag" menu.

2. Click "New Tags..".

3. In the "New Tags" dialog, specify a name and color for the tag and click the "OK" button.

4. A new tag is created and the tag is reflected in the currently selected sheet.

Tip

• If multiple sheets are selected, the tag will be applied to all selected sheets.

Attention

Manage Tags

You can register, update, or delete tags in the "Tag Management" dialog.

1. Click on the "Tag" icon and select "Tag Management..".

2. In the "Tag Management" dialog, register, update, or delete tags, then click the "OK" button.

Create a new tag.

[2] "Edit" button

You can change the name of the tag and its color.

[3] "Delete" button

Deletes the specified tag.

Tip

• You can also open the "Tag Management" dialog from "Tag" in the sheet’s right-click menu.

Filter sheet list by tags

When you tag a sheet, a button will appear next to the "Tags" icon with the tags that have already been created.

By clicking this button, you can filter the sheet list.

Tip

• If you click on more than one tag button, the sheets containing all of those tags will be filtered.

To remove the filter, click the tag button again, or click the "×" button.
