Set Print Title (Title Lines)¶
You can set rows to be repeated at the top of every printed page as title lines.
Set Print Title (Title Lines)¶
- Click the 'Sheet settings' button from the ribbon menu to open the 'Sheet settings' dialog.
- Open the 'Print' tab.
- In the 'Title lines' field under 'Print title', enter the range of rows to be repeated at the top of each printed page.

Click the icon next to the 'Title lines' input field to select rows directly on the sheet.
Tip
- Enter the row range in the format of row numbers (e.g., '1:3').
- Only a continuous range of rows can be specified. Non-consecutive ranges will result in an error.
- If left blank, no title lines will be set.
- Click the 'OK' button.
- Save the sheet.
Tip
- The title lines settings are reflected in the print preview.
- The 'Print' tab also allows you to configure print settings such as paper orientation and size. See Set Paper orientation, size, etc. for Printing for details.
- When you export the sheet to Excel, the configured title lines are also exported.

Attention
- Title lines are printed regardless of the print area settings.
- If there are hidden rows within the configured range for title lines, only the visible title rows will appear on each page.
