Check usage status

You can check the number of login terminals, the number of login user IDs, the number of sent mails by month, and the capacity of the disk being used.
You need the system administrator authority to check the usage status.

Check usage status

  1. Open 'System' tab in "Manage" screen.
  2. Click 'Show' button under 'Usage states', and 'Usage status' view is opened.

Depending on your environment, the display in the 'System' tab may be different.

Check monthly usage status

1.Open the 'Monthly Usage Status' tab.

[1] Number of terminals
Displays the number of terminals (PCs) logged into CELF every month.
[2] Number of user IDs
Displays the number of user IDs logged in to CELF every month.
[3] Mail sent count
Displays the number of mails sent for each month.

Tip

If the number of terminals and the number of user IDs exceeds the license user number, the background color will change.

Check the disk usage of the application

1.Open the 'Current disk usage' tab and open 'Application' tab.

Confirm the disk usage of the upload file
