Register and Check Organizations, Positions, and Affiliations¶
In CELF, you can register and check organizations, positions, and affiliations as management information. Organizations and positions can be set up as separate tree structures. Affiliations are the assignment of organizations and positions to CELF users. By registering organizations, positions, and affiliations, you can enable document applications and supervisory approvals using the Workflow feature. Here, we explain how to register and check organizations, positions, and affiliations.
Register the Top-Level Organization¶
- Open the 'Organization Management' tab in the 'Manage' screen.
- Confirm that the 'Root' of the organization tree on the left is selected and click the '+ Add Organization' button.

Tip
You can also register similarly by selecting 'New organization' from the right-click menu while 'Root' is selected.
- In the 'Register organization' dialog, enter the 'Organization code' and 'Organization name' and click the 'Register' button.
Register a Subordinate Organization¶
- Open the 'Organization Management' tab in the 'Manage' screen.
- In the organization tree on the left, confirm that the upper/parent organization of the organization you want to add is selected and click the '+ Add Organization' button.

Tip
You can also register similarly by selecting 'New organization' from the right-click menu while an upper/parent organization is selected.
- In the 'Register organization' dialog, enter the 'Organization code' and 'Organization name' and click the 'Register' button.

Register the Top-Level Position¶
- Open the 'Organization Management' tab in the 'Manage' screen.
- Click the 'Position management' button on the right.
- Confirm that the 'Root' of the position tree in the 'Position management' dialog is selected and click the '+ Add Position' button.
Tip
You can also register similarly by selecting 'New position' from the right-click menu while 'Root' is selected.
- In the 'Register position' dialog, enter the 'Position code' and 'Position name' and click the 'Register' button.
Register a Subordinate Position¶
- Open the 'Organization Management' tab in the 'Manage' screen.
- Click the 'Position management' button on the right.
- In the 'Position management' dialog, confirm that the upper/parent position of the position you want to add is selected and click the '+ Add Position' button.

- In the 'Register position' dialog, enter the 'Position code' and 'Position name' and click the 'Register' button.

Register Affiliations¶
- Open the 'Organization Management' tab in the 'Manage' screen.
- In the organization tree on the left, confirm that the organization of the affiliation you want to add is selected and click the 'Add user' button.
- The 'User Affiliation Registration' dialog will be displayed. At this time, the selected organization will be pre-entered.

Tip
You can also change the pre-entered organization.
- Click the edit button for 'User ID,' select the user of the affiliation you want to add from the 'Select user' dialog, and click the 'Select' button.
- Click the edit button for 'Position name,' select the position of the affiliation you want to add from the 'Select position' dialog, and click the 'OK' button.
- Confirm the details in the 'User Affiliation Registration' dialog and click the 'Register' button.

Check the Affiliations of an Organization¶
- Open the 'Organization Management' tab in the 'Manage' screen.
- By selecting the organization you want to check in the organization tree on the left, you can check the users affiliated with that organization.
- By checking 'Including users of subordinate organizations,' you can check the users affiliated with the selected organization and all its subordinate organizations.
Important
System administrator privilege is required to register and check organization, position, and affiliation information.
