Set workflow

To use the workflow functions, the following settings are required.

Register organization/position

You need to register organization/position information using the "Organization Master Application" and link the registered organization/position to the user.

For details, see Registration of organization and position .

Hint

In the trial environment, the organization and position information is already registered. Please handle only the user association.

In this case, we will register two people: a sample section/section chief and a sample section/general employee.

Registering Circulation Information

It is necessary to specify the data to be circulated from the setting screen.

For details, see Register information of data to be circulated .

In the case of the "Quotation" application, please use the following values for the data to be

Hint

No action is required as it has already been configured in the trial environment.
