Extend cell selection
Key Details Shift + cursor key Extend the selection by one cell, up, down, left, or right Ctrl + Shift + cursor key Extends the selection to the first row, last row, leftmost column, and rightmost column of the data range Shift + PageUp Extend selection to first line Shift + PageDown Extend the selection to the last line
cell editing
Key Details F2 Put the cell in edit state Delete Delete the contents of the selected cells BackSpace Delete the contents of the selected cells and make them editable Ctrl + ; Enter the current date Ctrl + : Enter the current time
