Using the App¶
Log In¶
You can launch your webapp by opening 'https://cloud.celf.jp/webapp/' (for Japan CELF cloud) on a web browser.
Enter the Company ID, User ID, and Password, then click the 'LOGIN' button.
Tip
- The supported web browsers are Microsoft Edge 88 or later, Google Chrome 87 or later, and Apple Safari 13.1 or later.
- On initial display, the Company ID and User ID from the last login will be displayed.
- In the on-premises version, the 'Company ID' input field is not displayed.
- If a password policy violation occurs, please change your password on the password change screen.
- If the user has enabled two-factor authentication, it will be implemented after successful password authentication.
- If the system administrator has set the two-factor authentication usage setting to "Forced use", and the user has not enabled two-factor authentication, please use the displayed QR code to enable two-factor authentication and perform two-factor authentication.
- Please check the "Web App User" box in the User Information Settings.For details on User Information Settings, please refer to Setting User Information .

Attention
If "403 - Forbidden: Access is denied." is displayed during login, please perform the following actions:
- Delete cookies from your browser settings.
- Register the URL of the CELF connection server as a [Trusted Site].For the URL of the CELF connection server, please refer to [FAQ000122] Where can I check the version of CELF? .
A list of available apps will be displayed.
Log Out¶
Click the 'Logout' button at the top right corner of the screen.
You will be returned to the login screen.
Change Password¶
Enter your current password and new password, then click the 'Change' button.
Tip
You can check the current password policy by clicking the 'Policy' link.
A list of available apps will be displayed.
Perform Two-Factor Authentication¶
Enter the passcode generated by the authentication app and click the 'Authenticate' button.
A list of available apps will be displayed.
