Start Circulation (Obtain Workflow Number)¶
Hint
The workflow number is a number used to identify a workflow during circulation.
It is used in each workflow action to specify the target circulation.
How to Set Up¶
- Drag the 'Start circulation of the following data in the circulation data' action and click on the circulation target selection button.
- In the opened dialog, select the circulation target. Specify the value of the ID column of the displayed target table by value or cell address.
Hint
The value of the ID column
- can be obtained through data retrieval actions such as Get One Table Data
- or the ID output during data registration of Insert Update Delete Table Data
and the like.
- If you want to output the workflow number, check the box and enter the cell address of the output destination.
Hint
Checking 'Generate error if already registered' will cause an error if the ID column value (the value specified in 2 above) has already been circulated.
If unchecked, it can be used as an action to obtain the corresponding workflow number from an already registered ID value.
(If the specified ID is not yet registered, both checked and unchecked will behave the same.)
Behavior When Executed¶
The circulation of the specified data will be initiated.
By specifying the obtained workflow number, actions related to circulation such as Execute Circulation Process and Display Circulation Status will become operational.
