Display Comment Screen

Display the screen for registering and viewing to comments on the specified circulation.

How to Set Up

  1. Drag the 'Display the comment screen for the following circulation data' action and enter the value of the workflow number or the cell address.

Hint

The workflow number is a number used to identify a workflow during circulation.

It can be obtained via Start Circulation (Obtain Workflow Number) or Retrieve a List of Circulation Data.


Behavior When Executed

When executed, the following comment screen will be displayed.

Register Comment

  1. Clicking the 'Add' button will add a row for entering comments.
  2. After entering a comment, click the 'OK' button.

Tip

The comments will be registered together with the registrant, registration date and time, and the circulation status at the time of registration, along with the main text of the comment.
