Check if Circulation Process Can Be Executed¶
Check whether the logged-in user can execute the circulation process for the specified circulation and output the results to a cell.
How to Set Up¶
Drag the 'Check if [] can be executed on the following circulation data' action.
Enter the circulation process to be checked, the value or cell address of the workflow number to be circulated, and the cell address to output the confirmation results.
When you execute the action, 'true' is output to the specified cell if the circulation process can be executed, and 'false' if it cannot be executed.
Hint
The workflow number is a number used to identify a workflow during circulation.
It can be obtained via Start Circulation (Obtain Workflow Number) or Retrieve a List of Circulation Data.
