How to use Cross Table application

Attention

The cross table application has been deprecated.Use Multiple Sheet Combination instead.

In this section, we’ll explain how to use the cross table application automatically created by "Create app from Excel file" function.

View data

1. Launch the published app.
2. When the application is launched, the menu screen will open. Click the "[Imported sheet]_Header Information List Screen" button.

3. The search screen will open. Select the data you want to see the details of from the list and click the "Detailed view" button.

4. The main screen will open and the details of the selected data will be displayed on a single sheet.

Tip

If there is no data to choose from on the search screen, see "Add new table".

Update table data

1. Launch the published app and open the main screen.
2. After editing the data, click the "Save" button.

3. A pop-up will appear and the database will reflect your edits.

Add a new table

1. Open the search screen and click the "New Registration" button.

2. The main screen is opened and displayed with no data registered.

3. Enter your data and click the "Save" button.

4. Return to the search screen and click the "Search" button.

5. The data is displayed in the list and you can select the registered data.

Delete table

1. Open the search screen and check the data you want to delete.

2. Click the "Delete" button. The list is updated and the deleted data is displayed.

Attention

Deleted data will be deleted from the database.

If you want to undo it, you need to back up the data in the table beforehand.

Tip

If you don’t know which table to back up, you can check the table switching tab in the app publishing settings.

Update the cross table summary items

1. Launch the published app.
2. Click the "[Imported Sheet]Aggregation Maintenance" button on the menu screen.

2. The maintenance screen will open. Edit the aggregate items you want to update and click the "Save" button.

3. A pop-up will appear and your edits will be reflected in the cross table.

Add an aggregate item

1. Open the maintenance screen and click the "New Registration" button.

2. The main screen is opened and displayed with no data registered.

3. Enter your data and click the "Save" button.

4. A pop-up will appear and your registration will be reflected in the cross table.

Delete aggregation items

1. Open the maintenance screen and select the checkbox for the data you want to delete.

2. Click the "Save" button.

3. A pop-up will appear and your deletions will be reflected in the cross table.
