Save sheet as a PDF file

You can save your target sheet as a PDF file by using Action.

Attention

When using ‘Save sheet as a PDF file’ action, please note the following

  • The CELF runtime (Curl) version 8.0.13 or higher will work; less than 8.0.13 will result in an error.
  • Microsoft Print to PDF is used for PDF output. Therefore, the output will follow the specified print range and page settings.
  • Microsoft Print to PDF is not installed or the printer name has been changed, an error will occur.
  • If a paper size not supported by the Microsoft Print to PDF is specified, an error will occur.

Save sheet as a PDF file

  1. Open ‘Action set setting’.
  2. Drag ‘Save sheet as a PDF file’ action from ‘Sheet’ tab, then set in the edit area.

  1. Select the way to set saveing file.

  • If you select file by popup at action set execution, select ‘Select file with popup dialog’.
  • If you select file with full path, select ‘Use the specified path’.

Attention

If there is already file to be set in full path, the file is overridden.

  1. To save other sheets in the application, click the ‘Select Sheet’ button.

  1. Select the sheet to save on ‘Sheet Selection’ dialog, then click ‘OK’ button.

Hint

You can also select the sheet to save dynamically by specifying the sheet to save in the formula (cell reference).

Note the own sheet will be saved in case there is no designate sheet.

  1. Click ‘OK’ button.
