Categorize application and create hierarchy for list displaying¶
Create folder¶
- Open 'Application management' tab in "Manage" screen.
- Select where you want to create your new folder and click ‘+New Folder’ button. After the dialog is displayed, input the folder name.

Right click a tree in folder tree, and then you can create a new folder from 'New Folder' menu as well.

Change folder name¶
- Click a folder in the folder tree or folder record, and then choose 'Details' menu.
- Input the folder name to change at 'Folder name' field in 'Folder information' dialog.
- Click 'Change' button.
Move folder¶
- Right click a folder in the folder tree or folder record, and then choose 'Move' menu.
- Click '…' button in 'Move' dialog, and then choose the destination folder to move by opening 'Move' dialog.
- Click 'Move' button.
Tip
If you move multiple folders at the same time, right click with selected multiple folder records and then choose 'Move' menu.
Delete folder¶
- Click 'Trash' button on the right side of the folder record to delete.

Right click a folder in the folder tree or folder record, and then you can delete from 'Delete' menu as well.

Tip
If you delete multiple folders at the same time, right click with selected multiple folder records and then choose 'Delete' menu.
Attention
You can’t delete folder if the folder is included in the published application.
Add application in folder¶
- Move into the folder to create application, and then click 'New Application' button. Input the application name after the dialog is displayed.

Right click a folder in the folder tree, and then you can create a new application from 'New Application' menu as well.

Move application¶
- Right click application record, and then choose 'Move' menu.
- Click '…' button in 'Move' dialog, and then choose the destination folder to move by opening 'Move' dialog.
- Click 'Move' button.
Tip
If you move multiple applications at the same time, right click with selected multiple application records and then choose 'Move' menu.
Important
To operate folders, users require the following permissions.
- System administrator
And also, regarding application moving, application author and application needs permission as following.
- Administrator
