When I log in to Windows as an ordinary user, the following error message appears when I start CELF and I can’t launch it.

"Privileges have not been set. Please set them and try again"

If the relevant error message is displayed when you use CELF installed by a user with administrator privileges (administrator) on your PC but by another general user,
you need to install it. Please refer to the following link for installation instructions.
