After executing CELF installer and installing CELF,
when I logged in as another user on the same PC, the CELF shortcut
was not on the desktop.
I copied the shortcut to CELF and launched it, but I got
the following error message. What should I do?
"Privileges have not been set. Please set the privileges and try again."

By following the steps below to install the software, you will be able to launch it.
1. Log in to Windows as a user who has administrative rights to the PC.
2. Run the installer.
3. Follow the on-screen instructions until you get to "Configure the connection server"
4. Check the "Install for all users for this computer" checkbox in the "Configure the connection server"
* The above settings will set the privileges for all PC users
and create a shortcut on the desktop.
* There is an installer for privileged settings that can be run by users without administrative privileges on the PC.
