I was able to start CELF for the first time right after installation, but the shortcut icon was not created, and once I close the application,

CELF could not be started anymore.

How do I create a shortcut?

The first time you launch CELF after installing it, a dialog box will appear asking if you want to create a shortcut to CELF in the Start menu

or on the desktop, and if you do not check the "Create shortcut on desktop" checkbox at this time,

the CELF shortcut icon will not appear on the desktop.

If you are logged into Windows as an administrator, you can follow the steps below to display the confirmation dialog again

and create the shortcut.

1. Uninstall CELF from "Uninstall or modify a program" in the Windows Control Panel

2. Start Internet Explorer, enter the following URL in the address bar, and press the Enter key

"curl://offline/curl://launch/https://cloud.celf.jp:443/celf/start.dcurl" (For cloud version of CELF)
