How do I migrate an app created in the trial environment to the production environment?

The procedure is to export the app and the tables used by the app to be migrated, save them in a file,

and then import that file into the production environment.

Exporting an app allows you to save the app, all sheets contained in the app,

and the definitions of all tables used by the app in a single file.
