[FAQ000189]When I run the created CELF sheet on another device, the text looks squashed¶
Q¶
When I run the created CELF sheet on another device, the text looks squashed, even though it is the same application.
Is there any way to fix the display?
A¶
The display of the CELF application (sheet) is affected by the Windows display settings.
Under the "Scaling and Layout" in the Windows Display Settings,
check the display scale setting from "Resize text, apps, and other items".
For example, if a CELF application created with a display scale of "100%"
is run on a device with a different display scale, the characters may appear collapsed.
In that case, aligning the display scale will solve the display problem.
Note that even if the display scale is different, it will not affect the operation of the application.
* You will need to restart your device or log in again to apply the display settings.
After that, check to see if the squashed text phenomenon has been resolved.
There are other cases where different display settings in Windows can cause the display to be crushed or different.
・When right-clicking on a sheet of CELF, the text in the context menu that appears is squashed.
・The page break position differs depending on the device when the print preview is displayed.
