When saving a sheet, the message "This sheet might have already been published." appears.

If another user publishes the app while you are editing a sheet,

when you save the sheet you are editing, you will get the message

"This sheet might have already been published." and the sheet cannot be saved.

If multiple users are editing the app, it is recommended to stop publishing the app, then edit the app,

and make sure there are no users working on the app before publishing it.
