When I login, the message "User ID or password is wrong." appears.
What should I do?

The following cases are possible and should be handled according to the applicable case.

[Case 1]
You can’t get in with the password you wer able to log in with last time.
-> Please contact the system administrator of your CELF (*) as another user may have made the change.

[Case 2]
A user who is not a system administrator of CELF, such as a general user, has forgotten his/her password.
-> Please ask your CELF system administrator(*) to reset your password.

[Case 3]
You cannot enter with the login information sent to you by our CELF licensing department or support.
->Please make sure that all the fields below are correct.
(If you copy a string, it may contain unnecessary trailing whitespace.)

Company ID, User ID, Password

[Case 4]
You forgot the password for the CELF system administrator (*).
->If there are multiple system administrators, change the password on the account of the system administrator who can log in.

->If you do not have a system administrator account that you can log in to, please send a request for initialization settings to CELF Support,
and we will reset the password for the system administrator account that you provided when you started using the system.
(Only requests from the e-mail address registered as the CELF contact person will be accepted.)
