When logging in, the message "Failed in connecting to specified database" appears.
What should I do?

For general users,
please contact the system administrator of your CELF.

If you are a system administrator,
please check the following server settings, as they are displayed when the initial environment settings
such as the database name for CELF are not configured when the on-premise version of CELF server is built.

・Have you executed "create-celfdb.bat" in the "CELF\DB Construction Script" provided?
(Described in "1. DB Construction" in CELF Infrastructure Construction Procedures)

・Have you set up "database.properties"?
(Described in "2. WEB.AP Construction" in CELF Infrastructure Construction Procedures)
