I imported the application from the trial environment to the production environment and registered both the extension options and the license.
However, I get an error message saying "Failed to load extension option" and the robot tab does not show up

You will need to delete and re-download the RPA configuration file.
Please follow the steps below to see if the problem persists.
1.CurlRTEのシャットダウン
[Windows Start Menu]- Launch [Curl RTE]. After that
press [Shutdown] button from [Curl Control Panel].
2.RPA構成ファイル(拡張オプションフォルダ)の削除
[Specify file name and execute]-[Inpput following path and Enter]
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Curl Corporation\Surge\celf\extensions
Delete「JP.SCSK.CELF.RPA」Folder that’s in the target enviroment folder
For the cloud version: cloud.celf.jp+443[Company ID]JP.SCSK.CELF.RPA
3.CELFの起動・ログイン
Launch CELF and login.
*Logging in will download the RPA configuration file.
