I don’t see the "Robot" (RPA) tab in the CELF Action Set Settings screen,

how can I make it available?

When the RPA Extension Option is installed in the environment of your company ID, the "Robot" tab will be added.

Please refer to the notification for usage email sent to you at the start of

the trial or upon signing the RPA option contract for instructions on how to install.
