Re-publish by modifying the sheet(new version)

CELF manages the version of the sheet at the time it is published, allowing the sheet to be edited without affecting the running app. In addition, by republishing a published app that contains the edited sheet, the upgraded app can be used.

And also, you can use the published application including the modified sheet (Re-publish).

Modify the sheet

1. Open 'Application Management' tab in the console screen.
2. Open the sheet to edit from the published application.

3. Modify and save the sheet.

Tip

You can check the current version with the procedure as follows

1. At the ribbon menu of the sheet edit screen, click 'Sheet' button on the top left, then select 'Replace sheet with old version' menu.

2. The current version and published situation is displayed in 'Select Restored Sheet' dialog.

Re-publish the application

1. Click 'Publish' button for the application record to re-publish(Re-publish).

Important

To publish applications, users require the following permissions.

• Application Creator

And also, you need the permission to the applpication as follows.
