[FAQ000192]There is a difference between the characters that can be displayed in Excel and CELF¶
Q¶
When importing an Excel file into CELF, characters that were displayed correctly in Excel become garbled.
Is there any difference in the characters that can be displayed in Excel and CELF?
A¶
The target character may not be included in the font specified in CELF.
Some Windows applications, including Excel, support font linking, which means that characters
that are not in the specified font may be automatically replaced by another font.
CELF does not support font linking, so you will need to specify the font that contains the target characters again.
