The error "Unable to update priviledged files" appears while installing.

After the display, in another dialog

The error "Unable to create a configuration template file for the RTE global update server.[\9\etc\default\update-options.scurl]"appears.

Security on the OS side (such as UAC in Windows) may be affecting the results

If possible, please try temporarily disabling your security software to see if this helps.

You can also try reinstalling the software by following the steps below.

1. Uninstall CELF

2. Delete following folder ([Curl Corporation])

　　%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\Curl Corporation

3. Re-install CELF
