When attempting to save a file to a particular file using the "Save sheet to Excel file" action or "Download file" action,

the message "PermissionDeniedFileException: Failed to open the file [file path] in mode "W": Access denied. (5)" is displayed.

What is the problem?

The following cases are possible and should be handled according to the applicable case.

[Case 1]

This message appears when the full path is not specified in "Use the specified path".

If you want to use the specified path in the action to write the file, like "Save sheet to Excel file" action or "Download file" action,

please specify the full path of the folder name + file name.

[Case 2]

This appears when the user does not have the write privilege

to create files in the specified folder.

Save the file to another writable folder.

If your environment is set to restrict writing to folders, please check with your PC administrator.
