The message "Session has timed out because of extended period of inactivity." appears.
A¶
In CELF, if there is no access to the server for a certain period, the corresponding error message will be displayed and you will need to log in again.
If an error message is displayed, the following are possible causes. Please check if any apply to your situation.
・Cookies were deleted by the Internet Options settings in Microsoft Edge or by security software.
The login status of CELF is managed by cookies, the session will expire when cookies are deleted.
Please check if, in Microsoft Edge, go to Settings - Privacy, search and services - Make sure that "Clear chosen data for Internet Explorer and Internet Explorer mode every time you exit Microsoft Edge" is not turned on.
Also, make sure that your security software is not deleting cookies.
・Problems with maintaining sessions with the server due to network infrastructure or other settings
Please check with your network administrator to see if there are any problems such as session information not being sent to the server.
・The system date and time of the server and client are not aligned
If you see the corresponding error message on a terminal that is using CELF for the first time,
the system date and time may not be aligned on the server and client.
