[FAQ000080]Excel files exported from CELF may be corrupted when opened¶
Q¶
When opening an Excel file exported from CELF, it is corrupted sometimes
and generates the error "(String) Invalid XML character. Location is row X, column Y." Why do I get this error?
A¶
This error occurs when "Control characters" are included on the sheet of CELF to be exported as an Excel file.
These "Control characters" can be included on the CELF sheet when you copy and paste strings from other applications into CELF or import another file.
When importing another file, it may be included on the CELF sheet.
* "Control characters" mainly apply to "Vertical tabs".
