I don’t want my users to see the functions and formulas when I publish my app, can I hide the formula bar?

The formula bar cannot be hidden.

If you do not want users to see the formula,

you can hide the cell containing the formula (cell A),

prepare a cell that refers to cell A (cell B), and show cell B to users.
