When I tried to install CELF, the following error occured

Unexpeted errors were detected while installing this package. This package may have a problem. The error code is 2203.

Error 2203 is an internal error of Windows Installer, which seems to occur when the folder in the environment variable temp cannot be accessed.

If you have changed the TEMP folder in the environment variable, try resetting it to the default setting of "%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp"

and then re-login to Windows to see if it improves the installation.
