Is it possible to prohibit the input of cells other than the input cells of a sheet?

CELF Ribbon "Sheet settings" ⇒ "Input limitation (Key icon)" ⇒ "Input limitation",

if the checkbox "Disable user input to sheet after this CELF application is published" is checked (X),

input will be prohibited except for the cells specified in "Cells that are enabled for input" under the checkbox.
