Is there something like a function list that summarizes the functions and specifications that can be used in CELF?

For example, when I want to use the "Check" button in the ribbon at the top of the screen, I get a hint that says

'For details, please refer to the description of function "CHECK"', but I don’t know where to find the details.

Is there a function like HELP somewhere?

For a description of the functions available in CELF, press the "fx" button in the sheet’s formula bar to display

the dialog box where you can search for the function and see its description.
