Where can I find information on when the maintenance of the cloud version of CELF will take place?

You can check the maintenance information on the support page of our website.

Support information

Users who have subscribed to the full version will also be notified at their registered email address.

Reference:

To check if the CELF you are using is the cloud version,

click "About CELF" at the bottom right of the login screen

and check the dialog that appears.

If it says "Connection server: https://cloud.celf.jp:443", it’s the cloud version.

If your company’s domain is displayed, it is an on-premise version,

so please contact your server administrator for maintenance.
